We utilize self-developed soundproofing panels to design, manufacture, and install soundproof enclosures for various types of machine tools.
During the design process, we consider factors such as the noise level and dominant frequencies of the soundproofed object, dimensions, ventilation, workspace, and utilities. Our company holds advantages in cost and reliability because, instead of relying on design firms, sheet metal processing companies, steel fabrication companies, or construction firms, we possess an integrated in-house system.
Soundproof enclosures are also referred to as soundproof cabins or soundproof modules.

What is a soundproof enclosure?
A soundproof enclosure is a device that encapsulates a noise source within soundproof panels. It reduces the sound pressure level of the acoustic waves emitted by the noise source, thereby minimizing the impact of noise on the external environment. It is primarily used for machine tools and fans in production plants. Since the design of the enclosure must be tailored to the shape of the noise source and the required soundproofing effectiveness, most soundproof enclosures are custom-made.
Key Design Considerations
Simply enclosing the noise source with a soundproof enclosure is ineffective. The noise source generates various types of sound waves, so it is essential to consider all factors, including installation conditions, ventilation volume, heat generation, construction convenience, maintenance accessibility, budget, and the impact of vibration. First, we use a sound level meter or vibration meter to measure the characteristics of the noise source, determine the required sound insulation level, and then design soundproof panels or silencers accordingly.
