Overview

This product is a compact anechoic box delivered for noise and operating sound measurements of electronic components and small devices.
By combining a rigid steel enclosure with a high-performance internal sound absorption structure, it effectively reduces both external noise leakage and internal sound reflections.

The front features a highly airtight single swing door, ensuring excellent sound insulation while maintaining smooth operability for loading and handling of test samples.

The unit is also mounted on a vibration-isolated base frame, minimizing the influence of floor-borne vibration during acoustic measurements.

The announced sound insulation performance

We guarantee the sound insulation performance. We use a noise signal generator, speakers, and standard or precision sound level meters to measure (transmission loss test) according to JISA1417:2000 standard, and submit the test results in the form of a “measurement result report”.

Insert the extension cable of the sound level meter and microphone into the cable port.

The soundproof cover of the cable port is sealed with bolts.

Place the microphone and the object to be tested in the anechoic chamber.

Close the soundproof box door and start measuring

We don’t need to do any installation work. Transportation will use a 4-ton Unic vehicle (crane).
This sound-absorbing material will not deform (flame retardant material). It can also be replaced with non combustible sound-absorbing materials.

The shape of the box can be changed, and the sound absorption rate can also be adjusted to adapt to the acoustic measurement object.
