● The enclosure is constructed with a modular frame structure. Wall thickness ranges from 50 to 100 mm, ensuring a robust and visually appealing build with concealed screw holes.

● Access for maintenance is provided via a double-leaf hinged door equipped with high-quality handles.

● The openings for workpiece entry and exit are fitted with sound-absorbing curtains.

● All exterior walls are made of 2.0 mm thick, high-quality galvanized steel sheets conforming to national standards.

● The wall cavity incorporates a proprietary, self-developed composite layer for both sound absorption and insulation.

● The interior wall surface is lined with 5x5x1.0 mm thick, high-quality galvanized perforated panels meeting national standards.

● The exterior surface is finished with electrostatic powder coating and cured at 220°C, resulting in a surface that is wear-resistant, anti-aging, and scratch-resistant.
