Product Specifications

● The soundproof room features a modular frame structure with wall thickness ranging from 100 to 200 mm. The overall design is robust and aesthetically pleasing, with concealed screw holes.

● The maintenance door is a double-opening hinged door fitted with high-quality handles.

● The exterior walls are constructed entirely from 2.0 mm thick high-quality galvanized steel sheets conforming to national standards.

● The wall cavity is filled with a proprietary self-developed composite sound-absorbing and insulating layer.

● The interior wall surface is lined with 5×5×1.0 mm thick high-quality galvanized perforated panels meeting national standards.

● The exterior surface is finished with electrostatic powder coating, cured at 220°C, resulting in a wear-resistant, anti-aging, and scratch-resistant finish.

● The top of the soundproof room is equipped with a low-noise, high-power exhaust fan to maintain a balanced internal temperature.
