This soundproof enclosure is designed for high-noise grinding machines. Since metal dust generated during grinding tends to accumulate, the ventilation system of the enclosure effectively addresses this issue.

Product Specifications

● The enclosure adopts a modular frame structure with a wall thickness of 100 mm. The overall construction is robust and aesthetically pleasing, featuring concealed screw holes.

● The workpiece access channel is equipped with pneumatic sliding doors, using pneumatic components from brands such as SMC and FESTO.

● The maintenance door is a double-opening hinged door fitted with high-quality handles.

● All exterior walls are made of 2.0 mm thick high-quality galvanized steel sheets conforming to national standards.

● The wall cavity is filled with a proprietary self-developed composite sound-absorbing and insulating layer.

● The interior wall surface is lined with 5×5×1.0 mm thick high-quality galvanized perforated panels meeting national standards.

● The exterior surface is finished with electrostatic powder coating, cured at 220°C, resulting in a wear-resistant, anti-aging, and scratch-resistant finish.
