Product Specifications

● The soundproof room features a modular frame structure with a wall thickness of 150 mm. The overall design is robust and visually appealing, with concealed screw holes.

● The maintenance door is a double-opening hinged door fitted with high-quality handles.

● The exterior walls are constructed with 2.0 mm thick high-grade galvanized steel sheets conforming to national standards.

● The wall cavity is filled with a self-developed composite sound-absorbing and insulating layer.

● The interior wall surface is lined with 5×5×1.0 mm thick high-quality galvanized perforated panels meeting national standards.

● The exterior surface of the soundproof room is finished with electrostatic powder coating, formed through a 220°C high-temperature curing process, resulting in a surface that is wear-resistant, anti-aging, and scratch-resistant.

● The top of the soundproof room is equipped with low-noise, high-power exhaust fans to maintain a balanced internal temperature.
